Not all items ship from our Florida location. We have several stocking locations, and depending on the items ordered it could come from Florida, Louisiana, Texas, California, or Washington. Other items that must first be manufactured may ship directly from the manufacturer’s facility.

All fax or e-mail orders must be accompanied by the following:

1. Name, address, and phone number being shipped to.
2. Name, address, and phone number on your credit card statement.
(if different from the shipping address please see below*)
3. Credit card number, exp. date, and cvv2 code (see below)
4. Items you wish to order.

*Please note: we only ship to verifiable addresses

If you are requesting that an order be shipped to an address that is different from where your credit card statement is received then you must first call your card issuer and have them add the shipping address into their computer system so that we can call and verify the information. Addresses that are not verifiable can not be used. This is a mandate issued by our merchant bank to combat the increasing internet fraud and use of stolen credit cards. Thank you for your understanding.
